I can't finish what I start...

Burning bridges as you pass,
You find yourself alone at lone at last
All your enemies are conquered
Is your life the one you wanted?
(Naked Eyes. "Burning Bridges." Burning Bridges.  EMI Records, 1983)

Haven't posted in a couple of days, so....

A Little Synchronicity fot the Jung at Heart.

If heaven watches over me
Sowing seeds back in the soil
With eyes that see, hands that feel
Why am I the last to know?
(SYLVIAN, David. "Pulling Punches." Brilliant Trees. Virgin, 1984)

As I've mentioned before, some of the releases I've been waiting for have been delayed due to circumstances in Japan.  One I've been waiting on mostly because it is tying up an order... Since December.  Back when I was placing my order, I saw that the group Capsule had an album coming out on 9 March 2011.  My room mate likes them and asked that I pre-order it for him.  At the time, it was listed as UNNAMED [CD+DVD].  Then, the release date got pushed to 23 March.  No big deal.

I can admit I'm a nerd. Can you?

I am the fanatic.
Can I have your autograph?
Maybe a poster or photograph?
(Felony. "The Fanatic." The Fanatic. Rock 'n' Roll, 1983)

So, this is something I ran across a while back and, because I used BlogThis for the setup I promptly forgot it!

hang in there

Imai says: Hang in there!
Hello, yeah, it's been a while.
Not much, how 'bout you?
(England Dan and John Ford Coley. "I'd Really Love to See You Tonight." Nights Are Forever. Big Tree, 1976)

Been a while since I've written anything.  Well, anything I would post.  I doubt you'd be interested in my photo kiosk trouble shooting guide.  Of course, I'd probably be fired for breach of nondisclosure if I did...

The pros and cons of skiving off...

Every day I get in the queue
To get on the bus that takes me to you
I'm so nervous, I just sit and smile
Your house is only another mile
(The Who. "Magic Bus." Single. Track Records, 1968)

So, skiving off work early wasn't all that great of an idea. As it turns out, I left work about two and a half hours early, and beat my room mates home by about half an hour.
