Seems the independent Seattle based steampunk band Abney Park is in a spot of bother; the server for their recording studio has crashed (I think it blew its boiler...).

Since, for a while at least, this blarg was Google's #1 pick for anyone looking for Abney Park torrents, I am taking this time to ask anyone who has torrented (is that a word?) their music but has not yet purchased an album, or support independent artists, to please visit their site and pick up an buy a CD.  All CDs purchased between now and Jan. 16 will be autographed by Robert and Kristina and will include a coupon for a free album download!
